The Infinite Mosaic Galleries assemble fragments of the worlds we live in today, treasured by visual artists from around the globe, so that we take a moment to appreciate the fleeting beauty around us, and experience the vulnerability of all things human.
The attempt to counter ecological offenses is not meant as a moral pointing finger, but rather to show that there are alternatives—in this case even very tasty ones.

As part of The_Vegan_Scanning_Printing_Cooking_Project plants and edible flowers were scanned in high resolution and then processed into vegan dishes by a chef. During the preparation of the food the digital images were processed into real pigment prints.
